Dr. Xin Liu is a board-certified intensivist and anesthesiologist with a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Since beginning his medical career in 2009, he has brought his expertise to a wide range of clinical settings, including urgent care, where he has worked since 2019 and served as medical director for four years. Dr. Liu is affiliated with several hospitals in the region, including Deborah Heart and Lung Center.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Liu is passionate about global health and humanitarian outreach. He has participated in multiple medical mission trips to Haiti, providing care to hundred of individuals and helping improve their health and quality of life.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dr. Liu enjoys traveling, playing badminton, and spending time with his family.

Nurse Practitioner Tina Zhao is one of the dedicated providers at Claymont Walk-In Care. Her journey into healthcare began at Immaculata University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, followed by a Master’s in Nursing from Widener University. With over a decade of experience in the medical field—particularly in urgent care, aesthetics, and wellness—Tina has built a strong foundation in patient care and clinical excellence.
Her years of experience in urgent care have shaped her approach to medicine: timely, efficient, and always patient-centered. At Claymont Walk-In Care, Tina is committed to fostering a culture of service that emphasizes compassionate, responsive care. She strives to ensure every patient enjoys a comfortable and welcoming experience, from their initial visit through follow-up care.
Over time, Tina discovered her true passion in anti-aging and aesthetic medicine. She finds great joy in combining science and beauty to help individuals achieve healthy, glowing skin. Whether through injectable treatments, personalized skincare, or prescribing medical-grade solutions, she is dedicated to enhancing natural beauty and helping clients rediscover their confidence.

Kaleb Carter is an experienced and compassionate nurse practitioner serving patients at Claymont Walk-In Care Urgent Care. With over 10 years of clinical experience, Kaleb is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in need of prompt medical attention.
He holds degrees from Delaware County Community College, Penn State University, and Widener University, where he earned his advanced practice nursing credentials. Kaleb is passionate about helping patients feel better, faster—combining clinical expertise with a warm, approachable style that puts people at ease.
